Posting a guest's item back?

You don't need an account. Enter the item and the guest's details and confirm your work email with a code. We check the request, then email the guest a link to pay for postage, from $25. A courier collects the item from your hotel. It is free for your hotel.

We email a code here, and the shipping label once the guest has paid.

The pay link is sent here. The guest enters their own address.

Each size sets the box used to quote postage. If it is between two sizes, choose the larger one.
